Shift Cognitive Therapy is located on the 3rd floor of 466 Speers Road, between Fourth Line and Dorval Drive in Oakville. From the QEW, take the Dorval Drive exit south and turn right (west) onto Speers Road. Free parking is available at the front and rear of the building.

Shift is wheelchair accessible and can be reached easily using Oakville Transit. Oakville Transit bus route 16 stops in front of the building; routes 18 and 28 stop a short walk east of the building at Dorval Drive.
