Conquer Your Fear of Flying

Between 10% and 40% of the population experiences some level of anxiety about air travel (van Gerwen & Diekstra, 2000). Some of the most common contributing factors to the fear of flying are the fear of enclosed spaces, the lack of control, the anticipation of a panic attack, the fear of being afraid, take off, bad weather and turbulence.

Shift Cognitive Therapy and Assessment has paired with DePlour Research and Training Centre Inc. to offer various seminars to help individuals conquer their fear of flying, no matter what the level of discomfort. A recent survey aimed at evaluating the success of our seminars revealed that 94% of graduates reported being extremely satisfied and report a considerable increase in their level of comfort and in many cases, the complete disappearance of fear.

Our program is simple and yields excellent results. It combines efficient techniques in psychology with an overview of the world of aviation. For more information including upcoming courses and fees visit: www.deplour.com
