Fees for clinical services are assessed according to the guidelines of the Ontario Psychological Association and are reimbursable by most extended health benefit plans. Referrals can be made by a physician, but self-referrals are also accepted. Some insurers do require a formal referral from a physician in order to provide coverage. Payment is expected at the time services are provided and are accepted in the form of cheque, cash, Visa and MasterCard.

Our intake procedure is the same for all new clients. Dr. Shulman will spend about 10 minutes with you on the phone to understand the nature of your concerns and to pass along information that it is important for you to know. At that time, the decision will also be made about which of our clinicians would best suit your needs.
